  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 2 cup
  • Green cardamom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Oil to fry

  1. Combine semolina, flour, sugar, salt, cardamom seeds and kned with the help of water.

  2. With the rolling pin spread this semolina dough like a chapatti.
