  • Ginger 2 tsp freshly grated
  • Coconut 200 gm, freshly grated
  • Yogurt 8 tbsp
  • Corn oil 4 tbsp
  • Brown mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Fresh curry leaves 20
  • Sea salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend/process the ginger and chilies, mixed with salt.

  2. Remove from the processor and add freshly grated coconut and yogurt, stirring to combine well.

  3. Heat oil and roast mustard seeds till they crackle.

  4. Add curry leaves sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Let it cool before you stir it into the coconut mixture.
