Take fish filet, cut them rectangular shape.
Marinate with garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard paste, salt & pepper as taste.
Take a frying pan, heat oil.
Fold the marinated fish with white flour, start frying the folded fish one by one in frying pan, till golden brown from both sides.
For Lemon butter Sauce: Take a sauce pan, melt butter add the lemon juice in it, stir add pinch of pepper.
Serve it with Fish and lemon butter sauce.
