Ingredients

  • White Lentil 1 cup
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 (large and sliced)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste with mince, fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt and yogurt, fry well, cover and cook till mince nearly done.

  4. Add soaked white lentils and toss well.

  5. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till lentil tender.

  6. Lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, all spice and put on simmer.
