Beat the yogurt, cheese, cream, salt, black pepper, cumin and garlic together and then stir in coriander.
Add the mushroom and marinate for half an hour.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water.
Put 3 to 4 mushrooms on each skewer, drizzle with olive oil and grill on a pan or in the oven till mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle some fresh coriander before serving.
