Cut potatoes in round slices and dip them in lukewarm water.
Mix all the ingredients except oil and chaat masala in a bowl and make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a wok.
Drain water from the potatoes on a kitchen towel.
Dip potato slices in batter and fry them in oil till potatoes turned into golden color.
Sprinkle Chaat masala and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
