Murgh Musallam

Mix red chili powder, lemon juice, red onion, saffron, Screwpine Essence, garam Masala powder, almond paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and salt in the yogurt.

Marinate chicken in the above mixture.

Let it marinate for few hours, overnight is best.

Heat up oil in a pan.

Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side on a medium flame.

Pour 1/2 cup water and add remaining marinated mixture.

Let it cook for half an hour.

Serve with boil eggs and fries.
