  • Noodles 400 gm (boiled)
  • Lemon 2
  • Green chilies 4 (finely sliced)
  • Garlic 6 - 8 cloves (chopped)
  • Carrots ½ cup (finely sliced)
  • Spring onions ½ cup (finely sliced)
  • Cabbage ½ cup (finely sliced)
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic till light golden.

  2. Add carrots, cabbage and spring onions and cook for a few minutes.

  3. Add salt, red chili flakes, green chilies, soya sauce and noodles, mix.

  4. Squeeze in lemon juice before removing.

  5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
