Ingredients

  • Macaroni 1 cup (boiled)
  • Gram flour (besan) ¼ cup
  • Chicken powder ½ tea spoon
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add macaroni, gram flour and chicken powder.

  2. Season with black pepper and salt.

  3. Add enough water to make a smooth thick batter.

  4. Heat oil in a wok over medium slow flame.

  5. Spoon batter in hot oil and fry from both sides until golden brown.

  6. Place on absorb paper.

  7. Serve with ketchup.
