For Pastry: Combine flour and butter in a bowl with finger tips till mixture resembles bread crumbs.

Bake the quiche in a pre-heated oven at 160 - 170 degree for 20 to 30 minutes.
It will be ready when the top turns nice and golden.
Takeout from oven and cut into 8 pieces and serve.

Hi please advise direction nbr 11 is correct with regards to cooking temperature. Do I lower the oven temp to 10 degrees and cook for 20-30 mins?
