In a pan put clarified butter, heat a little and then add gram flour.
Fry well for 3 – 4 minutes. Turn the flame off.
Add sugar and 3 tbsp water. Mix well.
Turn the flame on, lower the flame and mix well.
Now add almond, pistachios and kewra.
Now cook on low flame till mixture starts loosing sides of the pan.
Add solid milk and mix well. Cook continuously on low flame.
Pour mixture in a greased dish, keep aside till firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
