Heat milk in a pot and when it comes to a boil, add sugar and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Soak dried dates in 1/2 cup milk for 20 minutes.
In a wok, heat Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes and add cardamom.
When it pops, add almonds, pistachios and dried dates and fry till golden add vermicelli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and add coconut.
Slowly pour the sweetened milk and stir continuously.
Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Dish out, garnish and serve.
Tip: Instead of dried dates, fresh dates can also be used in the same quantity
