Mutabbaq or Murtabak is a stuffed Arabic bread, also known as "Fatatari" in some parts of Middle East. Murtabak originated in Sub-Continent by Turks during the rule of Sultan Qutb-ud-din-Aibak, a Turkish descendant. For murtabak, mince and egg is stuffed in rolledout dough, wrapped and fried.
