  • Evaporated Milk 1 tin
  • Water For Jelly 1-1/3 cup
  • Jelly Powder (Mango) 1 Packet
  • Gelatin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream 4 ounce
  • Mango Puree 1 cup
  • Custard Powder 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up water in a pan and mix jelly powder and gelatin powder in it till its thick.

  2. Put the above jelly mixture, evaporated milk, sugar, mango puree and custard powder together in a blender.

  3. Blend for 2 minutes.

  4. Chill till firm in a freezer for 6-8 hours.

  5. Decorate with fresh cream and mangoes.

  6. Serve chilled.
