Ingredients

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Bread slices 2
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Sesame seeds ½ cup (roasted)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Make a paste with green chili and green coriander.

  2. Chop together beef with bread slices and seekh kabab masala.

  3. Add egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds in chopped mixture and mix it.

  4. Make kabab and shallow fry them till golden brown.

  5. Serve with parathas.
