Lamb or Beef Stock

Heat oil in a large pan and add bones, fry till brown color for 5 minutes.

Add water and bring to boil on high flame cover and cook for an hour.

Add all ingredients give boil on high heat, turn heat lower and cook for 4 hour on gentle simmer.

Strain through colander lined with cloth into container, squeeze stock well from ingredients.

Cool stock and refrigerate, skim off fats layer from top and use.
