Ingredients

  • White flour 2 cup
  • Rice flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Chicken powder 4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 4 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. First strain white flour, rice flour and corn flour.

  2. Then in a blender add chicken powder, garlic powder, white pepper, Chinese salt and salt to blend.

  3. Then mix it all in a box.
