Ingredients

  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar 100 grams
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Walnuts 75 grams
  • Semi sweet cooking chocolate 200 grams
  • Butter 50 gram
  • Plain floor 100 grams
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre heat the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degree.

  2. Melt the butter, chocolate and cream in a pan on low heat.

  3. Beat the eggs with sugar till creamy.

  4. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla and continue mixing.

  5. Now mix in chocolate mixture.

  6. Now fold in sifted flour, baking powder and walnuts.

  7. Pour the mixture in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

  8. Cool and cut in squares.

  6. This receipe has a lot of mistakes and omissions. Especially for a novice trying to make brownies first time! For instance, ingredients have flour, sugar, and Vanila essence but no where in the cooking directions it tells you when to add them! Any thoughts geniuses????Would be nice to try if it was complete.
