  • Salt quarter tsp
  • Pepper 1/8 tsp
  • Celery seed 1/8 tsp
  • Sole 1/2 kg

  1. Place olive oil in rectangular baking dish.

  2. Microwave at High (max. power) until hot, 45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.

  3. Blend in remaining ingredients except fish fillets.

  4. Coat both sides of fish fillets with sauce.

  5. Arrange in the baking dish.

  6. Cover with waxed paper.
