  • Tamarind paste 1.5 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Saunth (dried ginger) 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Red food color 2 drops
