Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Capsicum in cubes 2 (chopped)
  • Onion in cubes 2 (chopped)
  • Tomatoes in cubes 2 (chopped)
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Shashlik sticks 6
  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take boneless chicken add capsicum cubes, onion, tomatoes, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and garlic powder leave it for an hour.

  2. Thread chicken and vegetables in shashlik stick.

  3. Then add oil in a pan and steam the shashlik steak.

  4. For Sauce: Pour oil in a pan add stock.

  5. Along chopped red chilies, green chilies, salt, garlic, vinegar, sugar and tomato ketchup.

  6. In the end add corn flour, pour water then turn off the stove.

  7. After that add rice, put steak and sauce.

  8. Put mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on its top then bake it on 180 degree C for half hour then serve.
