Ingredients

  • Fish fillets 8
  • Eggs white 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Plain flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 3 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • For tartar sauce:
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp chopped
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Add white vinegar to unwashed fish fillets and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. In a tray, add plain flour, white pepper powder, salt and mix.

  3. Rub the mixed flour all over the fish.

  4. Dip fish in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry.

  5. Fried fish is ready to serve.

  6. For tartar sauce, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard paste, crushed black pepper and salt, mix well.

  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve.
