A super easy and fast lasagna recipe. It is made with a prepared Oyster sauce, Paramesan and Cheddar Cheese.

  • Lasagna 1 packet
  • Oyester sauce 4 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese grated 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbsp
  • French beens boiled in 1 inch 5 tbsp
  • Tomato juliene cut 1 piece
  • Green peas boiled 4 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 50 gms
  • Roasted garlic 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum juliene cut 4 tbsp
  • Mushroom sliced 3 tbsp
  • Carrot sliced 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Basil 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 150 ml

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan saute garlic in olive oil, add mushroom, carrot, beans and green peas and saute for 1 minute.

  2. Add capsicum and fry for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from stove and add tomato, roasted garlic, basil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Mix cream cheese with a whisk.

  5. Layer it first with the vegetable mix then the cream cheese mix, thirdly with cheedar, mozzarella cheese and the oyster sauce.

  6. Repeat the same 1 more time.

  7. Top with cream cheese sauce, bake for 5 minutes, top with parmesan cheese.
