Ingredients

  • Plain flour 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Margerine 6 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 sachet
  • Milk 2.5 tbsp
  • Egg 2
  • Fresh cream as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar well.

  2. Then add egg, milk and coffee in it.

  3. After that add plain flour and baking powder and mix them well.

  4. Now bake them at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.

  5. Use grill oven for this purpose.

  6. You can top the cupcakes with fresh cream if desired.
