Ingredients

  • Prawns 300 gm or (10 - 12 in nos)
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Cucumber 2 – 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 - 3 (chopped)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the cucumbers into 1.5 inch slices, then with the help of a spoon hollow them from the center, thus forming tiny cups.

  2. In a mixing bowl combine ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, green chilies, salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and prawns.

  3. Toss together to combine.

  4. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the marinated prawns for 3 - 5 minutes.

  5. Arrange the cucumber cups on the serving platter and place 2 prawns in each cup.

  6. Garnish with a leaf of parsley, fascinating prawns cucumber cups are ready.
