  • White flour ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Unsalted butter ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • For filling:
  • Apple ½ cup
  • Clove 4 – 5
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Oil / clarified butter 2 – 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Pie:

  2. In a bowl take white flour, as required salt and water to knead it and roll 8 – 10 chapattis.

  3. Now butter it from the centre and place another chapatti from top.

  4. Do this with rest of it and roll It again.

  5. Then turn it and roll it 8 – 10 times and leaves it for 10 – 15 minutes.

  6. For Filling:

  7. Cut slice of apple. In a pan heat oil and crackles clove.

  8. Then add apple, sugar and cinnamon powder and cook till apple turn into pulp and become dry.

  9. Now cut pie in pieces and fill apple batter in center and roll it in the form of patties and cut it as you required.

  10. Now brush it with egg and bake it till it turns golden brown.

  11. Golden apple pie is ready.
