Ingredients

  • Powdered milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almond and Pistachios 10 – 15

Cooking Directions

  1. Add powdered milk, egg, baking powder and oil. Mix well.

  2. When it mixed well then make balls.

  3. Boil milk in pot/pan and add sugar in it.

  4. Cook it for 10 to 12 minutes until thick.

  5. Then add balls and cook more for 5 minutes. Let it cool now.

  6. Now take it out in a bowl and garnish with pistachio and almond and serve.

AsSalamualsilum.yes it is eaay recipe to make at home .i tried it but my malai tookd more time to cook .as aftwr 15mins i removd one n cut it to c fr inside it is cookd or not .bt it ws not cookedas i ws able to c yellow color which means it wd still raw.so can u say me how much more time should i cook to get a compltd one color ??? I hope u will reply my problem .
