Wash fish, marinate with red chilli, salt and dill seed and shallow fry.
Heat oil fry onion put tomatoes till soft add all spices, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt let it cook.
Boil rice now in another pan put 1 tbsp oil put rice.
On rice pour prepared masala, fried fish and again rice.
Now sprinkle food colour, coriander, mint leaves, green chillies and lemon slices let it steam.
Serve hot with raita and salad.
