Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 (small, chopped)
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 6 (ground)
  • Potato 1 large ((boiled and mashed))
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add mince, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chili powder, egg, green chillies, potato, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, green coriander leaves and mint leaves.

  2. Mix very well and shape into kababs, shallow fry until light golden.
