In a bowl add the gram flour, egg, yogurt, coriander, red chili powder, green chilies, white cumin powder and salt.
Form a smooth paste from the mixture by adding water as much required.
Mix the vegetables in the mixture.
Heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry the pakoras till they turn golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
