These would be one of the best roll ever, you will realize when you eat it. Cheese in center of potato filling tastes great. A good recipe as snack and to serve in Ramadan.

  • Mashed potato 2 cups
  • Boiled chicken ¼ cup (shredded)
  • Green onion 2 (sliced)
  • Egg 1 (boiled & mashed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ¾ tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp (optional)
  • Cheese 8 sticks
  • Egg roll wrapper/roll pati 8-10

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together mashed potato, boiled chicken, green onion, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Cover cheese stick with 3 tbsp mashed potato, ensure it is completely covered.

  3. Place mashed potato cheese filling in the center of each egg roll and fold the wrapper tightly. Seal the edges with water.

  4. Heat oil and fry each egg roll for 4-5 minutes or until golden.

  5. Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.

  6. Note: If you don’t have cheese sticks then make it yourself by cutting cheese into 3" long and 1/4" square.
