Ingredients

  • Baking chocolate 250 gram
  • Butter (unsalted) 150 gram
  • Caster sugar 300 gram
  • Egg 3
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence a few drops
  • Chocolate chip 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree C.

  2. Grease oven dish with butter and sprinkle 1 tbsp flour on it.

  3. In a pan, melt butter and chocolate so that it becomes like cream.

  4. Beat eggs in a bowl and mix chocolate mixture in it.

  5. Add vanilla essence, flour, sugar and mix properly with hand beater.

  6. Add chocolate chips.

  7. Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.

  8. Leave to cool and then de-mold.

  9. Cut into pieces and sprinkle icing sugar and cocoa powder.

  10. Serve warm.
