  • Undercut whole 1 kg
  • Aniseed flowers 3
  • Cinnamon 3 sticks
  • Dark soy sauce 1 cup
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red food color 1 pinch
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil undercut with ½ jug water, aniseed flowers, cinnamon, soy sauce, Chinese salt, white pepper and food color in a pot until meat is tender.

  2. Remove meat, heat oil in a wok, fry undercut from both sides.

  3. Cut delicious undercut in thin slices and serve.
