Ingredients

  • Gram flour 300 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Chewra 2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, garlic paste, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric, all spice powder, coriander powder, green coriander, green chillies and salt mix and make thick batter with water.

  2. In a plate spread chewra.

  3. Grease your palm and make balls from batter and coat it with chewra.

  4. Deep fry and serve hot.
