Ingredients

  • Capsicums 4 (finely cut)
  • Potatoes 4 (finely cut)
  • Onions 3 (finely cut)
  • Tomato 1 (finely cut)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric power 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted and ground)
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil. Fry onions till golden.

  2. Add garlic, tomatoes, salt, red chillies and turmeric and fry.

  3. Add 1/4 cup water and fry more.

  4. Add potatoes and little more water and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add capsicums and cook on low flame cook for another 10 minutes.

  6. Garnish with cumin and coriander, and serve.
