Ingredients

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp (ground)
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Spaghetti:
  • Spaghetti ½ packet (boiled)
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • For Dressing:
  • Garlic 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Salad:
  • Carrot 1 (sliced)
  • Cucumber 1 (sliced)
  • Lettuce leaves 3 – 4
  • Spring onions 2 – 3

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add garlic paste, ground cumin, red chili flakes, olive oil and salt and mix well with prawns.

  2. Stir fry prawns from both sides.

  3. For spaghetti: add spaghetti, olive oil and boil for 10 minutes.

  4. Brush boiled spaghetti with olive oil and place in cold water.

  5. For dressing:

  6. Add garlic, olive oil, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and salt and mix.

  7. Your dressing is ready.

  8. In a mixing bowl, layer lettuce leaves, carrot, spring onions and a sliced cucumber.

  9. Top with Spaghetti, dressing and prawns and serve.
