Ingredients

  • Radikon with leaves 1 kg
  • Garlic cloves 3-4 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop radikon with leaves and boil.

  2. Strain water, put the radikon with leaves in a blender and blend.

  3. Heat oil in a pan put garlic cloves fry till golden now add green chillies and put boiled mashed radikon.

  4. Add chilli flakes and salt fry well and serve.
