Soak rice in water.
Fry onion in oil and add whole spice.
Then add green chili and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add half a cup of water, turmeric, salt, red chili, coriander and cook for 3 minutes.
When gravy is ready add boiled tomatoes, peas and potatoes.
In a separate pan fry cottage cheese cubes.
Add fried cheese to the gravy.
Now add rice and as much water as required to cook rice.
When rice is cooked properly, add boiled egg slices, cover them and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Takeout in a platter and serve hot.
