Ingredients

  • Carrot puree 1 cup
  • Egg white 2
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Water 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat cream and sugar; keep it a side.

  2. Dissolve gelatin in 4 tbsp water.

  3. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in cream, carrot puree, vanilla essence and lemon juice.

  4. Add in serving bowl or glasses and keep in fridge until set. Serve cold.
