For Chicken Marination:

Take a mixing bowl, put chicken in it and add papaya paste, vinegar, red chili, Chinese salt and salt and marinate it for around 10 to 15 mins.

For dry mixture:

Now take a square box of plastic and add white flour, rice flour, corn powder, chicken powder, white pepper powder, black pepper and Chinese salt mix it well.

Now put all eggs into a bowl and beat it well.

Now place the marinated chicken into dry marinade flour then roll it.

Now dip it egg and again.

Roll again it into dry flour mix.
