Ingredients

  • Semolina (suji) 200 g
  • Sugar 180 g
  • Pure Ghee as required
  • Makhanay 1/2 cup
  • Gond 200 g
  • Almond 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • White sugar balls 1 cup
  • Dry dates 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. In a little ghee fry semolina.

  2. Mix sugar and semolina well.

  3. Heat ghee and fry raisins, dry dates, pistachio and almonds.

  4. Add dry fruits in semolina and sugar.

  5. Also add some unfried dry date, almonds and pistachio.

  6. Fry makhanay and gond in little ghee, let it cool.

  7. Add and mix well all ingredients well.

  8. Decorate panjiri with the white sugar balls.
