  • Minced meat 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 cup (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Chopped coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbsp
  • Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry onions in oil till very light golden.

  2. Fry ginger garlic paste and add little bit of water.

  3. Add red chili powder and turmeric.

  4. Thickly chopped tomatoes in the chopper and add in the pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes.

  5. Add chopped coriander seeds, salt, chopped cumin seeds, 1/2 cup water and minced meat.

  6. Cover with lid and let it cook till it renders well.

  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves, green chilies, sliced ginger and all spice powder.

  8. Serve with paratha or naan.
