  • Sago 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Sour curd 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2
  • Ginger 1" piece
  • Medium-sized onion 1
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash the sago well and leave.

  2. Chop very finely onion, ginger, green chillies and a little coriander.

  3. Now mix all the ingredients in the sago and leave aside for 1 hour.

  4. Then make small wadas and deep fry.
