Potato Varah

Mash boiled potatoes by hand.

Combine salt, coriander, ground tart, ground red chili and water with gram flour and make a mixture.

Now mix coriander, mint, green chili, onion, cumin, salt, nigella seeds, mustard seeds and ground red chili in potatoes.

Make small round balls.

Dip it in gram flour mixture and fry in hot oil.

Garnish it with mint leaves, sliced lemons and tomato slices.

Serve with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
