Italian Herbal Chicken Roast

In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp fennel seeds, rosemary, oregano, paprika powder, garlic paste, nutmeg powder, vinegar, black pepper, 3 - 4 tbsp olive oil and salt, mix it well.

Now marinate the chicken with mixture and set aside for 1-½ hour.

Now bake the chicken in pre-heated oven for 40 – 45 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.

After this take out the chicken and set aside for a while.

Now fry the remaining olive oil and 1 tsp fennel seeds and garnished the chicken and serve it.
