  • Red chillies 125 g, whole
  • Garlic, 10 peeled 10 unpeeled 20 cloves
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine red chillies, garlic, cumin seeds and salt and grind with a little water to a fine paste.

  2. Heat the oil on medium heat, add the chutney and fry gently for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and cool. Store in a clean bottle.
