Crispy Chili Beef

For Batter: Mix flour, corn flour, baking powder, egg, oil and water.

Marinate beef undercut with salt, white pepper, egg, corn flour, sesame seed, chili oil and the prepared batter, mix well.

Deep fry for 10 minutes and brown.

For Sauce: Heat oil add crushed garlic, fry till light golden.

Add in the crispy fried beef with green chilies, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, Wooster sauce, spring onion and coriander leaves, mix all well and remove.
