Ingredients

  • Roasted white chickpeas 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 4 tbsp
  • Paprika (Kashmeri red chilli ) 3tbsp
  • Whole coriander 2tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2tbsp
  • All spices powder 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Meat tenderize powder (Kachri powder) 1tbsp
  • Citric acid (Tatri) 1tsp
  • Nutmeg 1
  • Mace 8-10

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush nutmeg and mace with hammer.

  2. Now grind all spices in a grinder to make a powder ( Including crush nutmeg and mace) .

  3. Save in an air tight bottle and use when required Bihari Masala.
