I tried this recipe last night with one and a half kilo of chicken and only used 3 table spoon of Dhanyia and only one and half table spoon of dry mathi and the taste is strong. If I would have taken the same proportion as above it may not be edible.I think there is some confusion in table spoon and tea spoon. This is not just for the above but I often found this confusion in most of the recipes in India and Pakistan.So please be careful to chose the amount of Dhanyia and Meathi. To be truthful the kids loved it and my Mrs as well.

Unfortunately, I cannont read either Urdu or Pushto. Is this recipe available in English? I first enjoyed it at the Green's Hotel in Peshawer many years ago. It was wonderful. I have eaten it many time since but never done quite the same way.
