Ingredients

  • Bananas 2 (cut in rounds)
  • Potatoes 1 cup (boiled, diced)
  • Casaba melons 2 cups (diced)
  • Cantaloupe 2 cups (diced)
  • Papaya 1 cup (diced)
  • Grapes ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Lemon 2
  • Mint leaves ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Dried mango powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix potatoes, bananas, grapes, melons and papaya in a large bowl and refrigerate.

  2. In a separate bowl mix tamarind pulp, dried mango powder, salt, chaat masala, sugar and lemon juice and keep aside.

  3. Mix tamarind mixture in the fruits.

  4. Serve delicious fruit salad garnished with mint leaves.
